DR. CRAIG SILBERSTEIN

Craig Silberstein, D.C., provides exceptional care at Family Chiropractic Works. Serving the Orlando area, he is a highly rated and recommended chiropractor since 2002. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Pre-Medicine from Rutgers University and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree with highest honors from Life University, Dr. Silberstein has received numerous honors, including Florida Physician of the Year in 2004. His extensive training includes sports injury management, whiplash traumatology, clinical nutrition, and golf swing biomechanics.
An active member of the Florida Chiropractic Physician Association, Dr. Silberstein stays at the forefront of chiropractic care through ongoing education and professional networking. He is passionate about family care, injury management, and patient education, frequently lecturing on spinal health and injury prevention across Central Florida.
With his deep foundation in natural healing and restorative therapies, Dr. Silberstein recognized the powerful role EBOO could play in enhancing recovery, reducing inflammation, and supporting overall vitality. His commitment to helping patients achieve long-term wellness made it a natural step to bring EBOO therapy into practice alongside other advanced treatment options.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Silberstein enjoys restoring classic muscle cars, golfing, fishing, and spending quality time with his wife and two daughters.
DR. ANTHONY FERNANDEZ

Anthony Fernandez, DO is a board-certified anesthesiologist with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare. He earned his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine before completing his residency and fellowship training in pediatric anesthesia at Yale New Haven Hospital. Over the course of his career, he has served at top institutions including NYU Langone Long Island Hospital and most recently AdventHealth.
Working alongside world-class surgeons, Dr. Fernandez developed expertise in some of the most intricate aspects of human anatomy, an experience that fueled his enduring interest in longevity science and functional medicine. Guided by his desire to help patients in a more holistic way, he has combined the rigor of advanced Western medicine with the principles of functional medicine to offer a comprehensive approach to health, performance, and renewal.
As co-founder of Wellness Reboot, Dr. Fernandez is proud to introduce innovative therapies such as EBOO, a safe and transformative treatment designed to optimize well-being and promote longevity. His extensive medical background made EBOO a natural fit, blending his knowledge of advanced medical procedures with his passion for functional health. Through this therapy, he continues his mission of harnessing both science and compassion to empower patients to thrive.
