Proper preparation like, rest, hydration, and healthy meals, helps optimize your treatment. Afterward, continue to hydrate, eat nourishing foods, and rest to support recovery and maximize benefits. Adhering to these steps ensures the effectiveness of your therapy and enhances your overall wellness.
Pre-Treatment Care
While most people feel fine after treatment, some may feel a little tired or light-headed.
For your safety, we recommend arranging for a friend, family member, or trusted driver to accompany you to your first session and drive you home afterward, just in case you don’t feel up to driving yourself.
To prepare your body for the best possible experience:

Hydrate Well:
Drink plenty of water in the 12–24 hours before your session. -
Eat a Light Meal:
Have a light, healthy meal 1–2 hours before your EBOO therapy.

Avoid Stimulants & Alcohol:
Skip alcohol, caffeine in excess, and recreational drugs before your session. -
Avoid Blood Thinners (Unless prescribed):
You may need to pause blood thinners unless your physician instructed otherwise:-
